Certificate IV in Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation
HLT41202
This qualification covers the skills needed to be an Ayurvedic Lifestyle
Consultant (Cert. IV -nominal 600 hours.)
This qualification is suited to New Apprenticeships pathways.
Course fees, GST inclusive, paid upfront are $5280. This excludes first
aid as many students already have current first aid (1 day course $90)
& student clinic fees which are charged @ $5/hour & Examination
fee $200. Writing materials and text books are extra.
(Detox retreats
on the Gold Coast are subsidised for the course students @$100/night for
accommodation.
$10 B/fast $15 lunch $10 supper).
An Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant provides advice and assistance on living
acccording to Ayurvedic principles which recognise the body1s innate ability
to cure itself or regain balance through the most natural, non-toxic,
non-invasive methods.
The emphasis
will be on how to apply Ayurvedic philosophy to your own health, how to
counsel clients on preventative health measures and the principles of
healthy living using Ayurvedic philosophy and practices,
and Ayurvedic relaxation massage. This qualification does not cover Ayurvedic
remedial or therapeutic care. The nationally recognised Cert IV qualification
requires competencies in:
